*Discusses all documentation review observations verbally with responsible management. Submits written reports, monthly status reports, and expense reports in a timely manner. *Directs and/or directly manages Validation Specialists engaged in cGXP validation tasks for programs on a global basis. Monitors validation projects / milestones across all components within a program to assure completion on budget, on schedule and within boundaries defined in the program validation plan.
*Supports project teams with vendor assessments. Supports the internal auditing process during audits of validated computer applications and associated remediation activities.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS :-
*Bachelor Degree in Science, Engineering or Computer Sciences with 10+ years industry experience, Master Degree (MS / MBS in Administration +8 years. Advanced degree is desirable.
*4+ years validation experience desired
*The incumbent must have a sound knowledge of regulatory requirements for the pharmaceutical industry in addition to current FDA expectations and pharmaceutical regulatory agencies for regions where assigned applications are deployed, recommended practices and guidelines for computer validation documentation. A working knowledge of company policies and guidelines or standards pertaining to computer validation methodology, and related site procedures is also necessary. Some training in report writing, project management, and the use of specific office automation tools may be required.
*Education, training, and experience in GXP regulations that address computer applications, and pharmaceutical quality assurance principles. Nine years experience in pharmaceutical industry and seven years experience in operations, information services, or quality assurance is required. Auditing experience and competent use of office automation software is desirable.

POSITION SUMMARY: The Certified Nursing Assistant Instructor oversees the assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of the certified nursing assistant training at the nursing centers.
